Process Sciences, Inc. operates an analytical laboratory dedicated to SMT failure analysis and process validation for the electronics and semiconductor industries. Our services include advanced 2D/3D X-ray inspection, material analysis through SEM/EDS, and specialized cleanliness testing to ensure the reliability and conformity of circuit assemblies.
SMT Rework
PSI knows solder, our staff has over 70 years experience reworking & reballing array devices. Specialty rework equipment conceptualized by, and manufactured for PSI, allows quick & accurate profiling of all assemblies up to 24″ x 24″ and 0.25″ thick.
Training
Our programs help electronic assemblers increase communication, expand on technical knowledge, further the efficiencies of processes, and reduce scrap rates.
